In many ways you are receiving a "Month Of Coordinator" in both packages which includes:

*Unlimited Cell Contact

*Initial meeting in person or via Facetime if needed for out of town customers to discuss details, vendors, timeline, etc.

*Compose a detailed timeline of your day.

*Contact all Vendors ahead for notation of arrival times for each.

*Meet for walk through of the Venue

Day of Coordinator

8 Hours starting at $850

This package has us at the Event Location for 8 hours the day of event. The DOC will include any guidance needed and take care of unexpected obstacles that may arise to ensure your day runs smoothly. We help with rehearsal if needed the day of, compose a detailed timeline of your day, ensure all Vendors have arrived, answer any questions they may have, and are in their prospective areas in a timely manner.

12 Hours starting at $1,200

This package has Cindy & Brittany at the Venue Location for 12 hours, decorating with your provided decor and also breakdown of your personal decorations, pictures, etc. As your DOC, we will be in charge of keeping your wedding running smoothly. We help with rehearsal if one the day of is needed, compose a detailed timeline of your day, checking in and directing Vendors and helping with any other problem that may arise. We want your day to be a day of no worries at all!

(We do not provide cleaning of the venue and trash disposal)

Value Package $450

This rate applies to anyone just needing a helping hand on their day for 4 hours. Checking in Vendors, making sure everyone is in their appropriate spots on time and answering questions if needed. We can adjust pricing if other needs arise.
